Kaliyoga is an exclusive-use retreat venue available for hire, with staff and catering. Our elevated location in the Alpujarra hills is surrounded by the Sierra Nevada National Park, the Alpujarra Natural Park and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. We’ve been running retreats here for over 20 years, with ten private en-suite bedrooms, conscious vegetarian cuisine, gracious hospitality, spacious yoga studio and infra-red sauna.

Panoramic Yoga Studio with Mountain View
Yoga Studio : spacious (90 sq m.) peaceful, natural wood floor, full-height glass doors on one wall can be open or closed. Equipped with yoga mats, blocks, blankets, adjustable belts, bolsters for yin/meditation. Efficient a/c climate control.
Outdoor Swimming Pool
Sunbathing area and shaded rest space. Magnificent views of the Alpujarra hills and Sierra Nevada mountains. Perfect for relaxation.
Relaxing Gardens
Extensive gardens with several terraces, a long table for eating communally, and furnished relaxing areas, hammocks, between trees and an infrared sauna with mountain view.
Living & Dining Rooms
Spacious communal salon with two fireplaces and comfortable seating for circles, workshops and group gatherings.
Beautifully Appointed Rooms
Six-bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, ideal for a solo participant or a couple. Four bedrooms are furnished with two beds, prefect for room-sharing.
Each room has a private entrance, aircon, heating, medium to firm mattress, non-allergenic pillows. The tap water in the en-suite bathrooms is safe to drink. Bedrooms include a chest of drawers, bedside lights, power points for devices, floor rug.

Nestled in the Alpujarra hills between Granada city and the Mediterranean coast, the property is surrounded by a protected Biosphere within the Sierra Nevada, with panoramic views, mountain air, blue skies and full frequency daylight – a heavenly place to retreat from your busy world.
A Natural Paradise
Located 90 minutes from Málaga airport, Kaliyoga sits in the heart of Andalusia, surrounded by ancient olive groves, mountain trails, and traditional white villages. An oasis of peace where time stands still.
Mediterranean Climate
With over 300 days of sunshine per year, the shoulder seasons are spring (March–June) and autumn (September–November) with warm temperatures comfortable for outdoor yoga and nature walks. The summer weeks in July and August are cool enough for early morning walks and the air is pleasantly dry with a mountain breeze.

The kitchen is 100% vegetarian. We provide a delicious set menu every day – breakfast, lunch, afternoon treats, tapas and supper – prepared with love and fresh ingredients that nourish, delight, and support your health.
Our Cuisine
Participants often say our food is one of the most enjoyable aspects of the retreat. Mediterranean flavours and locally grown ingredients provide the perfect balance of taste, energy, and wellbeing — generous enough to satisfy, but never overwhelming. Every meal is designed to taste like heaven on a plate.
Fresh fruits, herbal infusions and tea are available all day, and fresh coffee is available in the morning.
Wine with dinner is available on request by pre-arrangement.
Portion Control
Participants who prefer to eat less on retreat are welcome to tell us when they get here and we’ll ask the kitchen to manager their portions.
Dietary intolerances & allergies
We cater to vegans, coeliacs, gluten-free and lactose-free and the kitchen can adapt to guests with a significant allergy / intolerance that would require EPIPEN medication.

Rate depend on the number of nights and number of participants. Bookable extras are quoted separately.
We offer a base rate on a sliding scale from £180 per participant per night.
